Perth Beer Festival is Perthshire Rugby's main fundraising event of the year. The event is staffed completely by volunteers supporting build up, breakdown, tidy up, the busy bar, token desk, event catering, raffle, collection & our rugby 7s activities across the weekend!

We would like volunteers to work shifts to support our main weekend activities. Tasks and times include:

Friday 11th May:150th Golf Day & Perth Comedy Night
*Catering AM: Club 150 Golf Day
*Catering / bar afternoon: Club 150 Golf Day
*Catering / bar / token desk / raffle from 5.30pm - 11.30pm: Perth Comedy Night

Saturday 12th May: Perth Beer Festival, Rugby 7s & Big Bash Event
*Catering & 7s event preparation & admin - from 9.00 AM
*Catering / bar / token desk / raffle / bucket collections / PRFC gazebo 11.30am - 6.30pm: Perth Beer Festival
*Catering / bar / token desk / raffle from 6pm - 12pm: Big Bash ticketed event

Sunday 13th May: Perthshire Mini Festival of Rugby
* Catering / refreshments / admin / raffle from 10AM - 3.30pm

We would be grateful if you can lend as much time as possible to support our activities across the weekend. Even if you can only help for a short time, please get in touch as your time could facilitate breaks for our 'longer shift' volunteers. Ideally we would like at least 10 volunteers from each of our rugby teams, including parents of our younger (and older) age groups.

Please note volunteers for the bar must be 18+ and have completed bar induction training which we will provide in advance. We would appreciate the usual full support of Seniors including changeover & tidy up at the end of the night!

A Perth Beer Festival T-shirt will be provided to all volunteers. Once our costs are covered, all funds raised across the weekend go towards Perthshire Rugby's annual operational costs.
