Pre season training is now in full swing. Over 40 players attended this week, quite a few leaving without their dinner. Sessions have included strength and conditioning, speed and agility, endurance training and skills sessions. We are hoping to have our new olympic weights set up for next week so we can get started with inductions. All welcome. Sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 6.30pm start.
