The ADP will be hosting a time management workshop on Wednesday the 1st of March from 7-8pm in the club bar. It is open to players, parents, and coaches from all age groups. It will be conducted by Alan Clark, he works with Abertay University and is the seniors backs coach.

The ADP is committed to the continued development of players on and off the pitch and with exams approaching for many this is a valuable opportunity for all to learn how to better use the time available to them.

If there are other areas of development of interest to anyone please bring suggestions with you to the workshop. I will pass out my contact info to anyone who needs it and am happy to discuss ideas.
