The PRUFC AGM will be held in the clubhouse on the 15th June from 7:30pm onwards. Agenda will be available shortly.
Please would you pass this date on to all of your contacts.
Two of the current Principal Officers, Paul Gardner, Secretary, and David Bath, Vice-Chairman, will be standing down this time. All three other Principal Officers will be standing for re-election.
The club constitution requires that anyone standing for one of the five Principal Officer roles is nominated in writing to the Secretary by the 30th of April. Acceptance of the nomination also has to be received by the Secretary in writing by the same date.
Nominations for candidates for all other roles can be made right up until the time of voting at the AGM.
