PRFC are joining forces with Saving Lives Together to offer free CPR training to all.

Aisa Fraser and Mairi Macleod have started an initiative to train people in CPR for free – following recent incidents with Jerry Hicks and Toby Day.

PRFC is supporting the initiative with a Free Training morning at Penns Place on 28th January between 10.30 and 13.00.

The training takes roughly 1-hour and has staggered start times of 15-mins.

The course kicks off with a brief introduction to outline the purpose of the movement and the impact that individuals can have. This is followed by 30-mins of CPR training and practice, a 15-min defibrillator session and then a round up session with discussions about useful apps, getting involved, etc.

The idea is to get as many parents and coaches trained as we possibly can.
