Will, (pictured with teammate and fellow Lock, Donncha O'Callaghan), was in the same age group that produced such luminaries as Joe Atkinson, (London Scottish), and Alex Patience of Petersfield’s Double Winning First XV. Will went through the whole junior section at the Club, progressing into the Colts before joining the London Irish Academy.

The Lock joined Bath once he completed college but suffered a nightmare couple of years of injury before transferring to Worcester Warriors at beginning of the 2016-17 season. Since Christmas Will has been fit and injury free and has been a regular 1st XV fixture ever since, scoring 2-tries in the latter end of the season and picking up his club’s player of the month award for April.

Three other Warriors have been called up alongside Will; Nick Schonert, Jack Singleton and Ryan Mills.
