Blow away the too-much-turkey torpor with a right rollocking rugby ruckus as the President's men take on the Exiles for the Andy Millar Memorial Cup.

PRFC would like to invite you, your family and friends to the annual President’s XV v Exiles XV game on Boxing Day. The teams will once again be competing for the Andy Millar Memorial Cup.

Last year the President's XV were victorious, narrowly beating the plucky Exiles by 61-32. Can they do it again or will the Exiles prove to strong this time?

Details are to be confirmed but the clubhouse is expected to be open at about 11:45. Players are requested to be at the club at 12:00 for a 12:30 kick-off.

This is a fun game for PRFC and its friends designed to;

  • Get families out of the house for a bit of fresh air on Boxing day
  • Rid you of your Christmas hangover
  • Prepare you for a Boxing day extravagances,
  • Reunite those who have not been around for some time to have a game with old mates
  • Allow family members to play together or opposite each other.
  • Get a few parents who think they have retired back on the pitch

Come rain, hail or snow, the club and bar will be open and for the players there will be the compulsory mince pie and mulled wine at half time. Hot snacks will be available to help keep spectators warm while they watch the game.

We look forward to seeing you there. Please spread the word, this is fun for all the family, spectators and players alike.
