Phoenix RFC membership for the 09/10 season is now due for renewal. Listed in the table below are the membership categories available for the new season. Having identified your relevant category, please can you complete the attached membership renewal form and enclose any payments or donations and return to either the club bar or my address above.
Membership fees and donations are an important part of the clubs annual income, allowing us to maintain the club and its facilities and from a playing side it allows the club to provide playing insurance for playing members. On this basis, I would be grateful if you could make your payments as promptly as possible,and at the latest by end of Sept.
