SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MATCH FEES FOR THE 2012/13 SEASON

For yet another year we are holding down the cost of annual subscriptions and match fees for all Phoenix players. As for last season the rates are as follows.

Annual Membership Subscription £40
Match Fees per game £6

As an alternative to paying on a per game basis you may pay £140 up front on or before 1 September 2012. For someone who plays 20 games or more for either the 1st XV, 2nd XV or the newly formed Vets’ XV that is a saving of £20 or more over the season.

Payments may be made to me, Allen Carey or Terry Furlonger. Also this year we are introducing a new way to pay as well as the traditional methods of payment by cash or cheque. For everyone registered on the Teamer database you will be invited to pay either:

• £140 up front by credit transfer through Teamer by 1 September 2012; or
• £40 up front by credit transfer through Teamer and then pay £6 in cash per game played; or
• £160 by regular monthly direct debit payments through Teamer with your final payment being taken in April 2013. The amount to be paid by direct debit per month will depend on the date that you set up your payment authority.

If you wish to take advantage of any of these three easy ways to pay Phoenix through Teamer please accept one of the three invitations you will shortly receive from Teamer requesting £140, £40 or £160 from you. You are only required to select one of these invitations and you may ignore the other two. Any personal information you provide to Teamer to enable your payment authority to be set up will of course remain completely confidential and will not be divulged to anyone else.

Should you wish to pay £160 by regular monthly payments throughout the season Teamer will invite you to set up a direct debit authority to enable payments to be taken regularly and directly from your bank account. As with all direct debit authorities you will have the right to stop your payments at any time.

It is important for your RFU insurance cover and the financial wellbeing of Phoenix that every registered player pays his membership subs and match fees promptly and fully. I am sure I can rely on you all to do this.
