After a short break for the first team, they were back in action this week with a home fixture against Thornesians. In a scrappy game the lads were the better team all around the park and came out victorious 33-11, however there are clear points to work on in training over the next week!

The second team visited Thornesians to play their 2s team who were a very strong outfit, and lost out 26-0, however our young and ever improving team, with some old heads on display, showed some glimpses of what they are capable of, and also have some things to work on in training this week.
The thirds game against Stanley Rodilians was cancelled unfortunately so we had plenty of support for the first and seconds

There were no junior games this weekend however the U7s trained Sunday after 2 successful festivals the last 2 weeks, great numbers so far and showing a lot more understanding of the game, great effort from the coaches moving putting time and effort into improving the minis.

We also hosted a Year 3 and year 4 tag rugby tournament from a number fo schools in the lcoal area with aover a 100 pupils taking part, great effort from Andy Fradgley our Rugby Developemnt Officier in organising this event

This Friday the U13 boys are privileged enough to be on the field with Yorkshire Carnegie as they take on Jersey RUFC, so a great opportunity for all the lads able to get to Headingley on Friday.

Yorkshire Carnegie will also be playing down at Moor Lane on December 12th to play a British and Irish Cup game, tickets will be on sale shortly prices will be

This weekend, the firsts are and thirds are away to Wath and the seconds are at home to Wath 2s, so please support everyone this weekend where possible.
