PRESENTATION NIGHT A GREAT SUCCESS
Fine finish to an excellent season.
Congratulations to the whole squad on their achievements this season, celebrated at Pontyclun RFC last night.
We were fortunate to have British Lion, Martyn Williams present , himself a former PSRU player, to hand out the squad awards.
The individual awards were as follows..
'B' team Presidents award - Gethin Evans
'B' team player of the year - Aston Warhurst
'B' team Captain award - Dylan John
'A' team Presidents award - Sion Pari
'A' team player of the year - Ethan Vaughan
'A' team Captain award - Rhys Barratt
The biggest cheer was reserved for long serving Roger Stokes when it was announced that from next season the 'ROGER STOKES CHALLENGE CUP' will be contested over two legs between Pontypridd SRU and Newport SRU.
Once again , our thanks to an outstanding group of young men for their contribution to a memorable season.
