Get ready and be stronger for season 2012

Carl Jones will be running a number of Functional Strength Training sessions at the club, these sessions are for anybody who wants to improve their strength and power, however they are aimed towards the Rugby and football clubs in the area.

Functional Strength and Fitness goes beyond where other programs fall short. We realisethat to have strength you require a balance of joint mobility, endurance, muscle flexibility,balance, speed, agility, quickness, body composition, and "mindfulness";

This program is designed to address all of these areas whilst having fun!!!

Where - Port Adelaide Rugby Club
When - 9am Sundays (Dates below)
What to bring - Yourself in training gear with a positive
attitude
Cost - $5 per workout
