See below for all the details of all Portishead Town Football Club fixtures for the forthcoming weekend.

With all Portishead Town Football Club fixtures postponed last weekend, the players will be keen to get an important 2014 under way.

Portishead Town will be looking to bounce back from their 4-0 boxing day defeat at the hands of Cheddar when they welcome Devizes Town to Bristol Road on Saturday. With the Under 18's Thursday fixture postponed and little showers forecast over the next couple of days the groundstaff are hopeful that the game will be played providing there is no downpour. Devizes are up to 7th in the Toolstation Western League Division One after only losing once in their last eight fixtures, a run that started back in November when they beat Posset 1-0 on Ricky Adams debut as boss, Posset were unlucky on the day and maybe had the better of Devizes in the chances department so they will be confident they can get something from hopefully their first fixture of 2014.
Posset will be boosted by the return of defender Callum Fisher who has returned to the club following a brief spell at Premier Division Bishop Sutton.

James Hailwoods men travel to Glastonbury who currently sit in third place in the Somerset County Division Two West, 2 points ahead of Posset with a game in hand and they boast a record that sees them unbeaten in 13 league outings. It will no doubt be tough but Posset will have to look at this as a must win fixture to regain some league form in their quest for promotion. Despite highlighting his availablilty to the first team boss, Sam Ewing is in the Reserve team squad this week and he is looking forward to his return, he spoke to the Portishead Town Football Club website "I thought I had done enough at training on the weekend to warrant a first team place after Ricky asked me if I was available on Saturday but I'm just happy to be back playing following my little mishap... hopefully we can get three points down at Glasto, Hailwood has even said that if I score he'll buy me a beer in the festival on the way back".

Dave Reads A Team are currently unbeaten in 2014 and they will be looking to get their first win on the board when they visit third placed Nailsea United A in the WSM & District Divsion One on Saturday.

Portishead Town B will be looking to start 2014 with a bang by getting themselves off of the bottom of Division Three but the only way they can do this is with a win away at second from bottom Wedmore.

Garry Hewitt has been at the football club with his gypsy pitch fork every day this week, trying to ensure that the Chemical Pitch is playable for what he describes as not only the biggest day of his four month managerial career but also his life. His colts side host local rivals and social rejects Portishead Caleedoniun Fissle. Fissle are currently top of the WSM & District DIvision 5 having won each one of their seven league games but Garry has some surprises in store that could knock Calee off their perch.

Portishead Town Under 18's Thursday game with Welton Rovers postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Bristol Road.

Portishead Town Ladies will be looking to make it five wins on the spin when they host Bishops Lydeard Reserves on Sunday. You go girls.
