Poor Turnout at Training
Hope you have all had a good Christmas and are looking forward to Hogmanay.
We have been training in Holyrood HS games hall and will be training again next Tuesday 3rd @ Club 6.45pm start (Be ready to go out for 6.45) and Thursday 5th @ Club 7pm and then up to Castlebrae for 8pm in preparation for a friendly against Leith.
Attendance at training so far has been poor to say the least for a club that prides itself on its fitness levels. Never mind the cost to the club for providing these facilities which the players asked for in a pre-xmas meeting.
Coaching team and captain are really disappointed at the turnout. Steve reckons a good chunk of the hard work put in at pre-season could be un-done.
We realise people have other commitments such as work, family etc however this training is on a normal training night at pretty much the normal training time.
Thanks to all who have trained and to those who have been in touch with myself, you who you are.
Let’s make a big effort on Tuesday and Thursday so that we are able to show the best of ourselves against Leith!
