Brentwood gain the three points completing a second half comeback

The game started with both sides probing but failing to create too many chances. But it was the Scholars who took the lead in the 19th minute when Bradley Sachs pass saw Frank Keita fouled inside the penalty area and EION CASEY scored from the spot kick.
It was the visitors who continued to probe and a long throw on the right was flicked on and Frank Keita saw his low effort saved by the Brentwood keeper
But just three minutes later Brentwood’s equalised through their leading scorer, Matt Price, with the visitors on the attack and plenty of players in support the ball was given away and cleared the length of the pitch leaving a 2v2 situation, which Price exploited and drove the ball home.
The as the break approached the Scholars picked up an injury to Bradley Sach and he had to be replaced at half time.
Its was the home team who them gradually took control, not before a scare when Frank Keita was released down the left and as he cut the ball back to Eion Casey on the edge of the area, his effort clipped the cross bar and went behind to safety.
The home team now took control and when the visitors gave the ball away in midfield in the 83rd minute as sub and debutant Brad Hunter collected the chipped pass on his chest and shot past Berkley Laurencin for the winning goal.
