PLRFC First Aid Course by COSTIGLIOLA TRAINING SOLUTIONS
Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th November.
7pm - 9.30pm
PLRFC Club rooms - The Goth.
You must attend both evenings to complete the course.
You will earn vital skills for pitch side first aid and life support. Includes AED (defibrillator) training.
