Welcome to the new season with the under 8’s. One that I am really looking forward to. The summer has been a long one with nothing to do on Sunday morning except go to church!

We have two level 1 coaches and two experienced coaches who will potentially be taking level 1 very soon. Big Gav and I are both contemplating completing our level 2 over the winter and will let you know if and when we do. The better we are the more enjoyment our children will get from the sessions.

The new RFU rules have been carefully studied and will be embraced during the coming training sessions. The emphasis, as always, is to have fun whilst learning to play a great game. One that all the coaches love.

All levels of ability are welcome and training starts on Sunday September 2nd at 10.00am. Currently we have just over 20 children, boys and girls. We would welcome more so if you would like some more information about joining us please do contact me to have a chat about what it is we do.

There are several tournaments planned, details of which will be given out in the run up to the events. We aim to take A and B teams to these event if the rules allow and will aim to include as many children that are available to take part so that they may all experience the excitement of competitive play. Win lose or draw we do so as a team and with a smile on our faces.
