Matches will start at 10.30, with ref coach meeting at 10am, this is to allow parents/kids from afar to get here, plus limited parking at club so could well be off site parking, so plenty of time to park and walk to club,
If for any reason the festival is to be cancelled I will endeavour to email you all in the Saturday to allow time to let your coaches tell there parents.
All money to be paid at least by 28th Jan, see attached form re ways to pay. No pay no play I’m afraid.
Reminder this is a mixed festival so please no streaming of all your exp players in one team, what will that achieve, great team has won, yet dejection, kids not enjoying themselves and having fun, and not wanting to play again, so I’m reliant on you all to uphold the requirement of Mixed Teams please.
