Welcome to Pumpherston United 2002
We are very proud of our players who are committed to improving their football, enjoy being part of a team, work hard at training, during games and in their own time and who support each other very well.
At Pumpherston we encourage football played out from the back. We do like to compete however, our main focus is on developing great individuals on and off the field, player technique and player's understanding of the game. We keep to these principles win, lose or draw - winning at all costs is not for us!
Practice takes place Tuesdays & Thursday from 6.00 to 7.30pm. Games are played on Saturdays, kicking off any time between 9am and 12 noon, sometimes on Sundays.
Pumpherston United have been awarded a Development Level Scottish FA Quality Mark and also hold West Lothian Council's Community Club Accreditation Award.
Club coaches hold up to Children's level 3 (1.3 new pathway), Goalkeeping level 1.1, Physical Preparation and First Aid. The team are supported by a fantastic group of parents and a brilliant team secretary.

Pumpherston United FC are an Scottish FA Quality Mark Award Club that have also achieved an Development Level Award through West Lothian Council's Community Sports Club Development Scheme (but we're not stopping there). Coaching is delivered by two coaches qualified to SFA level 1.3 who spend their spare time away from the club developing knowledge, understanding and experience (qualified to children's level 3, Goal Keeping Level 1 and St Andrew's SYFA approved First Aid). We're supported by a fantastic Team Secretary who pulls out all the stops to make sure our seasons run without a hitch - that's teamwork.
We're excited about what we do!
