6-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT – 23rd & 24th JUNE 2012

AT WATERWELLS SPORTS CENTRE - PURPOSE BUILT FOOTBALL FACILITIES

Following the success of last year’s tournament.
Quedgeley Wanderers Football Club invites your club to enter teams into our annual tournament which is to be held on Saturday & Sunday 23rd & 24th June 2012.

Sat: Boys u7,u8,u10,u13,u14,u16
Sun: Boys u9,u11,u12,u15 and Senior Ladies

AM or PM to be confirmed upon receipt of entries

Each team will consist of 6 players and 2 substitutes.
All players are to be in their respective age restrictions as per the 2011/2012 season.

The entry cost is £25 per team.
Please call or e-mail me to check availability for each age group you wish to enter and then complete and return the entry form by 30th April 2012 together with your cheque made payable to Quedgeley Wanderers FC

ENTRY IS ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS SO TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT APPLY NOW!

A map of the location will be sent with confirmation of your entries and the rules will be those adopted by the Football Association. We will confirm these at the start of each age group competition on the day.

We will confirm your entries and actual playing times by 20th May 2012 but regret that we will be unable to make any refunds once you have been accepted into the tournament.

For administration purposes each club are to nominate one contact name, email address and phone number so that we can confirm each entry and tournament times for each group.

Please note that entry will be by programme only at £1.00 per Adult.
Food, drinks, sweets, ice cream and children’s activities will be available on site. Local Parking Available.
