I think training fees and match fees should be a separate issue because monthly payments would be easier from my point of view ( for instance say 8 months) but match fees should always be paid on the day because of paying referees.
Found, thanks. I agree with a system of monthly 'membership' of QWFC. Match fees should be paid on the day as Colin said. Membership should be split equally over 12 Months. I would suggest £10 per month (£2.50 per week). Maybe one for discussion is a teared system for age groups, £12 Adult, £10 Junior, £8 Mini. Also If you are paying by direct debit then the money is paid at the start of the month and we would pay money out one month in arrears. This would mean that at anyone time we would hold 2 Months worth of subscriptions and this would be gaining a small amount of interest. This could be used to have some sort of prize draw for direct debit members only, 2 X England tickets or such like. This would encourage membership of the scheme and help with the financial projection of the club.
Also very interesting that half the people who have voted, have voted to continue with the currant system, but are not willing to collect weekly fees.
I voted for monthly (I think!) but would be willing (as I currently do) to help collect weekly fees, but the poll wouldn't let me pick both options.
