The agenda, click on the link above, can be read through beforehand. If you would like any other matters discussed can you reply back to us back by end of business on 10th May with details of what you would like raised.

Also linked above is the updated Club Constitution which we will be asking you to vote upon its adoption. Again have a read through. We need to update this to keep the RFU ‘happy’ and equally as important make it transparent to all new players and supporters how the Club operates. (Any budding proof readers out there can you check the copy!).

Finally if you would like to stand and be voted in for a position on the committee next season the roles and responsibilities for each post are attached at the back of the Club Constitution document. Can you let us know by replying to this email by 17th May if you wish to stand and for what position.
