Being passionate about sport is easy – but it can be easy to forget where that passion started. Bringing together the grass roots of Rugby means a celebration of the best aspects of the sport.
All community clubs that don’t get the flashy facilities or training are invited to place themselves, and their passion for rugby, front & centre.
The aim is to provide such clubs a stage where they can exceed their own expectations, show their importance & necessity to the greatest team game in the world.
The Smallest Rugby Club World Cup taking place on Saturday 19th September 2015 in Surrey hosted by Racal Decca. The competition is open to rugby clubs that meet the following criteria:
• One team club.
• An amateur club
• The club does not own or operator their own club house
• Must be affiliated to their regional and/or national rugby unions
• In existence for a minimum of 2 seasons
• Playing a minimum of 10 regular games per season
