Club History and Junior Honours Board Information needed.
I think it important for us to record the recent history of the club whether in writing or in pictorial form.
Dave Marriott did an excellent job creating a 200 year celebration booklet of the club 7/8 years ago but has since obtained more information and photos. If anyone else has or who knows of anyone else who has any old photos or articles if you could get these to me I will endeavour to do an update. Articles etc can either be sent to my home address or scanned to my e mail address. I will return any photos once copied.
I would also like to put together a list of past overseas players/professionals who have played for the club if you know of anyone who could help me do this I would be most grateful.
A number of members took photos of the floods that covered the ground 4 years ago but we have done little with them in terms of displaying them in the clubhouse if you have any good photos could you please send them to me. I sincerely hope that they will never occur again.
The junior county honours list will be updated on my return. I know there were a few spelling errors and some names originally missed out. Some corrections were written on the reverse of the board however if you wish to remind me of any corrections needed please e mail me.
