Radway Cricket Club

For the fourth consecutive week both of Radway's South Northants League matches have fallen foul of the weather.

The 1st XI home match against Green's Norton has had to be cancelled as, whilst the pitch itself is fine, the rest of the square is waterlogged owing to the overnight rain.

The 2nd XI away match at Hinton-in-the-Hedges 'A' was cancelled earlier this morning as there was standing water on their pitch.

Long range weather forecast suggests that summer might arrive this week, so here's hoping next week's matches against Byfield 'A' away for the 1st XI and Chipping Warden at home for the 2nd XI are played in bright, warm sunshine!
