The Arrangements for Kim's Funeral

1: Funeral at St Peters Church Mansfield. NG18 1AP, at 2:30pm.

2: Family & close friends only to crematorium.

3: All to directly join the celebrations at Forever Green venue Ransom Wood Business Park Mansfield NG21 0HJ.

Dress to include some colour please.

Family Flowers only.

Donations will be made to a Charitable Trust Fund in Kim's name to benefit local children & young people participating in sport.
