RAINWORTH Reserves ended their season with a whimper at lowly Dinnington Town tonight as they fell to a 2-1 defeat. -

This season Rainworth became one of only two teams to register a victory there in the regular season. Today Rainworth Reserves were hoping to emulate that feat against a Belper Reserves team who were 4th in the table.

When the teams met in October Holbrook Sports Reserves won 4-0, but Rainworth Reserves are a different team now. Three of the team already have first team experience, and others are pushing hard to be considered.

On a cold night Rainworth Reserves entertained Dronfield Town Reserves and we were treated to a footballing treat. In truth you would have been hard pressed to know which of the teams topped the table.
