The Committee would love to see as many Members as possible to discuss how we are currently doing and to gain support for the future development of the Club.

Up to date accounts will be available to view and will be discussed in detail and we desperately need more input from the membership, both at the meeting and on an ongoing basis.

There are opportunities to join the Committee as a General Committee Member and there is also a specific vacancy as Secretary, which involves coordinating the general running of the Club and liaising with suppliers etc.

The running of the Club currently sits with a very small number of people, who put in a huge amount of effort to keep the Club going. As such, we have a real need to involve more people - With more people helping, it's possible to make a real difference without having to commit unreasonable amounts of time.

There are some really important issues to discuss and we would be very grateful if you could spare some time to attend the meeting and think about whether you can commit some more time and effort to help us to further develop the Club.
