Farleigh Rovers 0 - Raynes Park Vale 4 (H-T 0-0)
Combined Counties League Division One
Weather: The best. 27.5 degrees Celsius. Not a cloud in the sky. Bliss, but not to play in probably.
both teams played in Home colours. Rovers kit is a cracking AC Milan style red with black stripes, Vale in Blue with yellow.

Goals:
0-1 Max Agostini 65' Volley 9 yards from Bertrand Marti-Pique right goal line cross assist.
0-2 Ben Jordan 69, 33 yard shot in free play squirms under the Foxes 'keeper. GK blunder.
0-3 Jack Williamson 1 yard tap in assist from Byron Douglas-Letts. 80 minutes
0-4 Ben Jordan 22 yard blaster, shot across GK to left low corner. Great goal 85'

We could have been 2 up at half time but for a couple great chances put over. We would redeem
ourselves in the sweltering second half.

A testament to our squad that a number of regular starters were out for this game
but the incoming players played great.

Seanan, Eoin, Louie, Nathan Lewis, Jerome and Conor were away or rested but
Berti, Max, Joe Bell & Ben Jordan all had fresh legs and storming games.

Danny Alderton was captain today is always on my list as candidate for
man of the match every game. Another clean sheet for the defence and 'keeper
Reece Turner who made a couple of great saves in the 1st 45.

Louie Stanton-Cockle ran them ragged with he came on in the 71st minute
as Farleigh faded in the sun with their players also on a gruelling scheduled
of matches.

Bertrand Marti-Pique was my man of the match and had a great game in midfield with
the vital assist for the 1st goal. But it could also have gone to 2 goal Ben Jordan or Joe Bell at centre back.
A really good team performance from everyone really.

Now, what an amazing final third of our league season.
P13 W10 D3 L0 Goals for 37. Against 6. Difference +31. 33 points from 39.
That is championship winning form. You all busted a gut to achieve that.

Our 1st 23 league games gave us 42 points at a good 1.826 points per game.
Our closing 13 league games gave us 33 points at 2.538 points per game.
Worcester Park won the league at a very impressive 2.514 pp/g.
