Real United Club Rules/Constitution

Listed below are the rules that members of Real United are expected to adhere to. Please read them carefully, as failure to adhere to them may lead to exclusion from the club.
1.Every player wishing to play for Real United must pay the club registration fee of £25, no exceptions. If a player wishes to leave within 4 weeks of signing this will be refunded.
2.Every player must pay subs to train and play each week, failure to do so can lead to exclusion for the particular week that the player does not pay for. £5 Match Fee.
3.Every player must wear the club jacket/tracksuit that is issued to them at every training session, match or other football related event that is affiliated to the club. Failure to do so may lead to a fine or exclusion from a match.
4.Every player must confirm their attendance to the manager, Roger Henry, by Friday night 7p.m. to register their intention to play in the match over the weekend.
5.Every player must adhere to league rules.
6.Every player must pay their fines/fees for yellow or red cards, subs and the like or risk being excluded for the next scheduled training session/match and possibly the start of the next season.
7.Substitutes are expected to run the line (unless the league provides them); if you feel you have been running the line too often please bring it to the management’s attention.
8.All fees and fines paid to the club will go towards end of season presentations, which every player must attend.
9.All players must meet at the home ground 1 hour before kickoff, and away games at the specified location 2 hours before kickoff, to ensure adequate preparation e.g. for transportation.
10.Any player wishing to transfer from this club to another must pay all fees/fines owed before being released.
11.All players wishing to transfer to this club from another must pay all fees/fines owed before being signed.
12.Every player shall respect one another.
13.Every player shall encourage one another.
14.Every player has the right to discuss decisions made, in a professional manner.
15.Every player must respect the sponsors of the club and act responsibility when representing the club. Failure to do so will lead to exclusion from the club; this also includes supporters that players bring along to support the club during any club related event.
16.The manager’s decision is final.
