A premiership is something that doesn't come around often. But after the joy and excitement comes the realisation that it doesn't count for much next season.

Such is the attitude of the Toronto Rebels as we continue our preseason training in March. AFL Ontario is a league where fortunes change quickly, a fact that is not lost on the boys as we strive to become even better than last year.

We're hoping to continue to see big numbers coming down to Monarch Park as the cold weather starts to slowly ease into spring - so get your running in now and come for a kick.
