Redhill won back to back league games for the first time since September to move up to the safety of mid-table after a 3-0 home win over bottom club Epsom & Ewell.
Gavin Gordon had options for the first time in a while with Jon Trotter, Abi Bolagi, Mendy-Mendy and Gary Abisogun all available in the same game. Tony Halsey kept his place as the main striker ahead of Elijah Simpson after his hat trick last week.
Redhill knew they had to be patient early on against an Epsom side who arrived at Kiln Brow with a game plan to make it hard for the Lobsters to break them down. Steve Burford finally breaking the deadlock on 34 minutes. Both teams had openings during the first period, but it was Burford's goal that was the difference at the break.
The Reds looked to secure all three points early in the second but the visitors once again frustrated them. With 20 minutes to go the three points were all but assured when Burford got his and Redhill's second, finishing well. In the dying minutes Jon Trotter rounded off a good week for Gavin Gordon's men, with a fine header to make it back to back wins, as they move up to 12th place in the table.
