Redingensians were denied a National 3 South West promotion play-off spot despite a record-breaking win at Bridgwater.
They had to be content with a best-ever third place as Chinnor beat Chippenham 40-28.
But skipper Aaron Hopkins was full of praise for his men after the final victory of the season - and the 10th double.
He said: “This sort of result has been lacking for a couple of seasons. We were sound in defence and clinical in our finishing. We showed the sort of ruthlessness we need.”
It was the Rams biggest ever league win, eclipsing the 75-5 victory over Supermarine in 1996, and it put the seal on a season which has seen several new records achieved.
The Sonning men have set new highs for points scored (952) and league points (112), while club records include Robbie Stapley’s 27 tries for a season and Guy Swadling’s ten conversions in a game.
Rams took a 26-0 interval lead with two Dom Gosling tries and one apiece from Connor Stapley and Andy Amor.
Then after the break they launched a 59-point onslaught as the Somerset side wilted under the physical onslaught of the Gensians pack.
Bridgwater lost four men through injury and played the last quarter of an hour with 14 as Rams ran in nine second-half tries.
Talented teenager Gosling completed a hat-trick, all well taken from long range, while Amor also chalked up his first treble for the club.
Other touchdowns came from Shaun Brown (2), Michael Clarke, Mark Odejobi and skipper Aaron Hopkins plus a 25-yard gem from prop James Baker.
Head coach Mike Tewkesbury was philosophical after the match, admitting: “We had a good season and it was disappointing not to get promotion.”
“But we have to take it step by step and not be impatient. It’s a learning curve. We have built a good foundation with our sound youth policy and new academy in partnership with the University.”
