Following a year of strong development and growth Redingensians Rams are proud to announce that The Sirens will be in National Challenge 3 South East West for the 2017/ 2018 season. Entry into this league marks the first foray into competitive women’s rugby for The Sirens and all at the Rams wish them well in their forthcoming endeavours. There are six other teams in the league including local rivals Bracknell who they have already met once. The other teams who will face The Sirens over the season are Harpenden, London Irish, Old Caterhamians, Sutton and Epsom II and Teddington Antler II.

On release of the fixture list, Head Coach Seb Reynolds said, “Seeing the league structure for the first time was another huge moment for The Sirens and incredibly exciting. It was a realisation of the continued hard work of all involved. From rugby fit sessions to genuine rugby team in just over 12 months is quite amazing. We resume training next Wednesday and I know the squad are raring to go. We will have fun, coach skills, embrace the chaos and give the players the tools and freedom to go on the pitch and express themselves to the fullest of their potential”.
