With relegation from the Premier Division inevitable Reepham Town have undergone major changes since the turn of the year. The existing squad have proved their commitment to the club and their willingness to improve individually and as a group of players as the club now starts to get some continuity both on and off the pitch.
With the exception of two or three players the squad remains the same and they have bought into the idea of the playing philosophy which has been implimented at the club. And with so many young players, many who have stepped up from the reserve team, the future looks good.
Although the league position and points total is disappointing the bigger issues are being addressed and given some of the performances over the past few months it appears that things are starting to take shape although a great deal of patience is required as the players understanding of their requirements continues to grow.
The club have recruited well recently with some good signings who have the potential to move forward with Reepham Town and so with that there's now starting to be healthy competition for a starting place in both teams.
The club is still in transition and a path has been chosen with a veiw to focus on youth and local talent and it has to be said that so far the players have let no one down with their commitment and attitude!
The atmosphere at the club is very positive and it's down to the attitude of the players both on and off the pitch.
