Senior Cricket Membership Application Form_2012 Students in a recognised course on 30 April 2012 would pay £120 for a year’s membership. Note: Educational establishment must be a recognised UK institution. Seniors aged over 21 on 30 April 2012 would pay £150 for a year’s membership. Seniors aged over 21 and unemployed on 30 April 2012 would pay £120 for a year’s membership. Note: evidence of age, student status and unemployment is mandatory if the reduced membership fee is applicable. How to apply? Simply complete the section of this form and return the form to the following members: Sajid Majeed, Paul Goodman, Parvase Majeed or David Mudie or post it to the Treasurer Mohsin Majeed, along with your membership subscription. The postal address is: 349 Albert Drive, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 5PH. Deadline for payment of membership fees All membership fees are to be paid by 31st May 2012. Unfortunately there is no facility to make payment by instalments.
