Clydesdale under 15s made the short trip from Glasgow to play East Renfrewshire/Renfrew combined team in their WDJCU U15 league fixture on the 5th of August 2016. Skipper Muhaymen Majeed winning the toss again decided to bat first. The innings never really got going in the face of some impressive bowling and some poor batting and petered out to a close in the 20th over on 56 for eight wickets, with the top scorers Muhaymen Majeed and Muaad Ali managing just 8, a poor show.
Clydesdale took just 7.4 overs to reach their target for two wickets down and one retiral. Muhaymen Majeed bagged the only wickets and finished with 2 overs 2 for 11. Definitely one to forget, this young team has really struggled to make an impact in the U15 League but it is all a learning curve for them
