Chris Woodhead has said today "Myself and Kev Swannack met Matt today at the Rail and discussed the commercial side of the club. The ideas Matt has are exciting for the football club. We welcome him on board as our new Commercial Manager."

"It shows that we are looking at improving the club in all areas. Matt is a very good acquisition. We look forward to him grabbing the role with both hands and selling the Football Club"

The location of the ground will make it an attractive opportunity for new sponsors with the East Coast Mainline providing plenty of passing rail passengers, as well as traffic on Babworth Road having a birds eye view of the ground.

Woodhead continued, "We want to attract local companies who will support the club and the local players we pride ourselves on. The Rail is in prime position for companies to advertise themselves. It's a great advantage to have and I am sure Matt will use it to the best way he sees fit "
