So far we have 11 adults and 13 children that have booked a place. Can I remind everyone that to order the correct amount of food you MUST book a place by following the link below. Please don't leave it until the last minute, as it makes everyones job so much harder.

If you are able to attend and want to eat can you please book via the link below, and go to the EVENTS page.
Cost - Adults £5 and Children £3 under 5's are free.

Can we have volunteers on the day from 1-2pm to help set the tables and lay out the buffet.

Autumn Tests 2017
As always we are planning a minis trip to the autumn tests in November.
As the group booking via the SRU is quite strict we may only be able to get tickets for the Samoa match, as under the rules for children we are normally allowed only 1 adult ticket for every 8 children if the match is likely to be a sellout, so this makes the Samoa game the one we may get as many tickets as we require without any restrictions.

The parents committee have discussed the matter and I have been asked to check the availability for the Australia and New Zealand matches, but as club group bookings have not been released by the SRU, I will update everyone, as soon as the information is available.
