Due to the recent appointment of 1st team Manager Niall McGuinness. Niall has decided that a new Academy Director must take charge in order for the club to keep moving forward in the right direction.
This was a strong decision for me too make but I feel its the right decision in order for the Academy and the Football Club to keep moving forward. However I will still play a big part in our Academy still and be overlooking and guiding the structure.

Our New Academy Director Luke Binns I feel is perfect to take the role. Luke is young and enthusiastic and has a strong passion for the club to keep it moving forward. Luke is currently working towards his UEFA B licence. Luke is a PE tutor at Glan Clwyd High School he has a degree in sports science & has spent time working in Blackburn Rover's Academy previously.

Luke has began to build a great structure for the Academy already continuing on from previous success the Academy has had.
The Management Structure will be as follows:

Academy Director - Luke Binns
Head Of Youth - Niall McGuinness
Academy Co Ordinator - Andrew Wilmot
U8s-11s Co Ordinator - Jamie Hawthorne
