U16's sessions builder

This evening are U16's participated in a new initiative we have running at the club
'How to build a training sessions'. The aim of the sessions was to give players and parents an insight into how coaches plan & prepare a training sessions. As well as increasing players knowledge and understanding of the game and inspire the next generation of coaches.
