The plan at this stage is to drive over there in cars, leaving Twickenham area around 9:30. We should get to Brentwood for 10:45, which gives us enough time to warm up properly, and a bit of slack if we hit traffic.

Please could you confirm:

a) Your availability for the match.
b) Whether you are going to travel direct there and who you’re taking, if applicable.
c) If you have a car and are prepared to offer lifts OR need/prefer a lift.

For those car sharing, we propose to meet at 9:30am on Saturday in the Twickenham area. Depending on who needs a lift, we’ll work out where to meet and figure the rest out from there.
