TOUR 2012 - Where legends are made!
Dear all,
On the 5th & 12th May 2012 Rockcliff Rugby Club will be celebrating 125 years of existence. (Located in Whitley Bay.)
We have been invited as a previous tour club (we beat them in 2007/2008) to play in a tournament.
To guarantee your place on tour you need to set up a standing order for £10 or £15 per month to my unused saving account. (I've been involved in the club 15 years and organised 2 previous tours).
Nearer the time depending on numbers we will decide on mode of transport, accommodation etc.
I.e. If we get 25 people we will hire a coach and stay 2 nights in a hotel in Whitley Bay. If we get 15 we will hire a mini bus and and stay 2 nights in a hotel in Whitley Bay. If there is 10 of us we might go in cars or train and tram etc…
Please send your £10.00 or £15.00 to HSBC, Account 51521470, Sort code 40-10-12. Please also send me an email andrew.salter@bsnmedical.com or text 07415799886 telling me you have set it up.
Cheques payable :- Andrew Salter, 236 Boothferry Road, Hessle, HU13 9AU.
Dutation will be friday afternoon until sunday afternoon.
We will decide on which tournement (5th may or 12th may) nearer the time.
Estimated total cost - £110
Your money can be removed anytime in full if you change your mind.
