Rise FC wins the Division 4 State Cup. With the #1 seed Rise was given a bye in which they would face the winner of the Andover II (#6) and Hastings FC(#3). Andover won 1-0. Rise FC dispatched Andover II with a 3-0 win. Rise then faced Kelix II in the Finals. Kelix went into half up 2-1 where Rise FC changed tactics and came out hot. Rise FC scored 3 straight goals to make it 4-2, where the only thing Kelix II could muster was a last minute goal. The Championship was won with a 4-3 scoreline.
