Truro 7's Practices have begun
Practices will be held at Success College in Lower Sackville http://g.co/maps/8wnda Tues/Thurs from 6:30-8:30.
Everyone owes Dave Maguire a beer for getting us space to train. Focus will be on Fitness, skills and Truro 7's. If you aren't coming to T7's still come out to the practices.
