Passing into Space


This week we've got a positive passing session for you and your team, including a dynamic running Warm Up you can easily integrate into your Pre-Match routine.

After the varied running warm up (including some heel flicks, lunges and zig-zag running) we then get your players to practice their driving runs - moving at speed with open hands and heads up - looking to receive the pass in space and continue moving the ball up the court!

Passing into space is an art that needs to be practised and practised in order to be perfected - your players will need to be able to read their team-mate's movement so that they pass the ball ahead of where they are going.
