Code Of Conduct - Club Committee & Managers
The Club Committee and Managers agree to:
1. Keep all players/parents informed of match/training times/venues or changes to them as early as possible.
2. The best of their ability give help and equal opportunity for each child to improve.
3. Not be a negative role model to the children e.g. swearing, drinking alcohol at matches/training.
4. Listen to any questions the players or parents may have and answer them honestly.
5. Make available to parents as requested any information on the club’s finances.
6. Not incite any form of discrimination or child abuse.
7. Ensure the coaching/training is carried out under the FA coaching guidelines.
