I am pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held at the The Function Room - The Flying Horse Hotel , Packer St, Rochdale on Sunday 21st January 2018 at 12 noon.
The AGM is an important event and it is the Club Management Team’s opportunity to present the Clubs’ performance and strategy to our members and to listen and respond to your questions.
This Notice of Meeting for the 2018 AGM sets out in full the resolutions to be voted on, together with explanatory notes on all the business to be considered.

Voting arrangements
A proposer and seconder will be required for all resolutions / appointments, then a show of hands by all present. – as there is currently no membership database there will be no quorum for this AGM – majority vote will carry.
Voting is to be held in person at the AGM for all vacant roles on the Management Committee.
