Anyone want to get involved in Europes Largest Adult Rugby League Festival??

The latest planning meeting for the 2012 festival is Wednesday 25th of January at 7pm. It takes place at Rakewood (venue for the festival).
Anyone who wants to help out and/or get involved is welcome to attend.
Any suggestions to improve the festival are always welcome.
