Membership Application Form
Membership Subscriptions As many of you are already aware we have moved onto a monthly subscriptions model in line with many clubs in the area. In summary: The monthly subscriptions are £16 which includes a £8 donation on which we will claim Gift Aid. This covers your annual subs and your match fees (you will only need to bring beer money with you!). There is an annual lump sum payment option. Please do not return the forms directly to your bank as we need to allocate you a reference number. Subs run from September. This process applies to senior and senior student members only.
An Evening with Bill Beaumont CBE
One of our main events is to be a “Black Tie” Dinner for players and former players on WEDNESDAY, 25TH APRIL, 2012 at the clubhouse in Magnolia Road. The Dinner will be at 7.30 for 8.00pm and we are very pleased to announce that Bill Beaumont, CBE will be our guest speaker. We are inviting past captains and Chairmen and as many of our past players as we can contact. As this Dinner will be essentially a reunion for players it is being restricted to men only and we hope that we can fill the clubhouse. The dinner is priced at £15 per person plus a voluntary donation of £15. All cheques are to be made payable to Rochford Hundred RFC. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY COMPLETING AND RETURNING THE ATTACHED BOOKING FORM TO EITHER PETE VAN DEN BROECK OR MIKE DRINKWATER BUT NO LATER THAN 11TH APRIL 2012
Summer Ball
This is the big event of the year to celebrate our 50th anniversary. To be held on 14th July. The cost of tickets is £50 per person which includes a voluntary donation. This will be a great evening and a chance for everyone to enjoy great music and food. You will be able to catch up with old friends as well. Please complete the attached form and leave it behind the bar with the required deposit.
